By accessing or using YTCourse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. User Conduct

4. Course Content

Courses on YTCourse are curated collections of publicly available YouTube videos. We do not host, own, or generate this video content. All videos are embedded directly from YouTube using their standard embed player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of these third-party materials. The curriculum structure is provided for educational purposes only.

5. Certificates

Upon completion of a course, you may earn a certificate of completion. Certificates acknowledge participation and do not represent academic credit, professional certification, or formal qualification unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform interface, including its code, design, logos, and curriculum structures, is owned by YTCourse. However, all embedded video content remains the exclusive intellectual property of the original YouTube creators. We claim no ownership over third-party videos, and all views and ad revenue generated through our embeds go directly to the original creators.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

YTCourse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YTCourse operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
